Working Principle

The machine utilizes a high-speed rotating tooth disc system with fixed knife impact and shear grinding action for optimal crushing. The generated strong airflow simultaneously removes heat from the crushing chamber and transports finished product through the sieve. Crushing fineness is adjustable by changing sieve specifications.

Material processing occurs through the combined action of impact and grinding between active and fixed fluted discs, along with material-to-material impact. Processed materials are collected via centrifugal force while dust is efficiently filtered and recycled through the integrated dust collection system.
