Products Show of Automatic Packing Machine
Mechanical Principle
This machine consists of machine bracket, conveying mechanism, box placing mechanism, box pushing mechanism, heat-sealing mechanism and wrapping film mechanism etc. Front terminal can be connected with box packing machine, and rear terminal can be connected with supervision code and cartooning machine. The general operating principle is as following.
Boxes move into the stacking mechanism with being hold by conveying mechanism. After stacking completes, upward pushing servo motor push it into box storage shelf, pushing servo 1 moves back. The box pushing mechanism push each stack into side pushing mechanism, then side pushing mechanism push each stack into heat-sealing mechanism for heat-sealing, cutting, cooling down.
1). Box gets into the conveying belt- being connected with the box packing mechanism→
2). Storage collects the boxes - Adjust the shift and sensor based on the box numbers→
3). proximity switch -Control the material loading servo→
4). Upward pushing servo push the box -Signal acquisition control→
5). Upward pushing servo moves back -Material pushing servo 1 push the box into the storage→
6). Material pushing servo 1 -Push the stacked boxes to side pushing position→
7). Side pushing servo - Push the stacked boxes to Material pushing servo 2 position→
8). Material pushing servo 2 works-push the box to heat-sealing position→
9). Pressing box cylinder works→
10). Material pushing servo 2 moves back→
11). Upward cutter servo works→
12). Downward cutter cylinder starts film sealing - Upward cutter cylinder keeps pressing→
13). Downward cutter moves back→
14). Cooling by air blowing - Upward cutter moves back→
15). Banding completes one turn.
Electrical Principle
1. Conveying motor, 120W, running with timing belt.
2. A box moves into the storage mechanism, the internal photoelectric switch triggers signal—transmit to upward pushing cylinder. One turn of box loading completes, with 3-10 boxes each time. Box loading times is set here to control the layer numbers. Box supporting board moves to the working position and gets back with delay.
3. When achieving the target numbers of pushing boxes, PLC transmits signal to the pushing servo 1. Pushing box action completes. Transmits the box to storage shelf then moves back.
4. PLC signal is transmitted to pushing servo 1 and trigger signal when moves back. Pushing servo 2 starts to work. Stacked boxes are pushed to vertical pushing position. Release action instruction based on setting requirement.
5. Vertical pushing servo completes action, then transmit signal to pushing servo 2.
6 Pushing servo 3 push the box to heat-sealing position. Pressing cylinder keeps pressing the box from the box being pulled back by the belt. Pushing servo 3 get back, and upper and lower heat-sealing mechanism bands the box.
7 Pushing board moves back and then the upper heat-sealing mechanism turns on, to avoid collision.
8. When upper heat-sealing board moves to the limit, lower heat-sealing turns on. The whole process is cut.
9 Lower heat-sealing moves back and the same moment air blowing cooling turns on, and the blowing time lasts.
10 Heat-sealing cylinder moves back, and box pressing gets back,then one turn of packing process completes.
