Before using the automatic capsule filling machine, check whether all parts of the machine and equipment are in good condition, and disinfect and clean the instrument as required. According to the filling amount and other process requirements, select the appropriate material tray specification, powder or particle filling system.

1. The support and the material tray shall be kept in a parallel position, and the filling rod shall be perpendicular to the support to ensure that the filling rod can freely enter and exit the filling hole of the material tray. Loosen the set screw, rotate the lock nut to the required height (or mark the rod), and then tighten the screw and nut to complete the height adjustment of the filling seat.

2. After all safety settings are correctly equipped and adjusted, use the hand wheel to rotate the machine for 1-3 turns in the running direction without capsules and drugs, and then, under all normal conditions, put capsules and powder (or particles) into their respective containers, with the filling height 30 mm below the edge of the container.

3. Adjust the depth of the filling rod of the automatic capsule filling machine into the material tray. The large filling amount of the capsule is determined by the size of the capsule, the height of the material tray and the degree of compaction of the filling rod on the powder. Adjust the height of the filler rods.

At the beginning, the lower end faces of the six groups of filler rods should be on the same horizontal plane. The insertion depth of the filler rods is determined by the thickness of the material tray. The particle filling system relies on rotating the adjusting shaft to make the adjusting elements move left and right, so as to achieve the purpose of adjustment through volume change. Start the machine and it can work normally.

4. Protection of filling mechanism: regularly check the metering bucket and remove any sediment stuck on it. Apply a thin layer of grease on the track on the convex roller once a month. Clean and grease the gear and slot cam once every two weeks.

5. After use, clean the automatic capsule filling machine and dry it for storage.
