Working Principle
After the detected object is sent to the conveyor belt, it is conveyed by the conveyor belt through a winch to the bottle feeding wheel, and then conveyed to the corresponding bottle seat in the turntable inspection area by the bottle feeding wheel. The corresponding pressure head presses the detected object through the top cam, so that the pressure head, the detected object, and the bottle seat are in a straight line. The detected object and the corresponding pressure head and bottle seat rotate with the turntable. When it reaches the bottle spinning position, the bottle spinning motor rotates the corresponding bottle seat of the detected object at high speed, causing the detected object to rotate at high speed. Before entering the photoelectric detection, the corresponding bottle spinning shaft of the detected object is braked by the brake, causing the detected object to stop rotating while the liquid inside the bottle is still rotating. At this time, the detected object enters the photoelectric detection area, and the light source continuously shines on the detected object. The industrial camera takes high-speed photos of the detected object. If there are any impurities in the liquid inside the detected object, they can be determined by comparing multiple frames of images. The images captured by industrial cameras can also determine whether the liquid level meets the requirements.
The detected object passes through multiple sets of photoelectric detection zones. Regardless of which set is determined to have impurities, the detected object will be considered as a non-conforming product. When the detected object is about to move to the bottle dispensing wheel, the corresponding pressure head of the detected object is released by the top cam, and the detected object enters the bottle dispensing wheel. The bottle dispensing wheel is connected to the leak detection screw, and the medicine is transported to the leak detection screw. With the cooperation of the bottle feeding twisting fence and the screw, the medicine is transformed from an upright state to a horizontal lying state. Then, it is tested for sealing through oscillation and four leak detection stations. Any leak detection station that detects a non-conforming product is called a non-conforming product. After passing through the bottle dispensing twisting fence, the medicine is transformed from a horizontal lying state to an upright state. Then, it passes through the bottle dispensing wheel group, which uses the principle of vacuum suction to shave waste. Vacuum pump provides vacuum; The control system delivers the drug to the corresponding channel based on the results of the lamp inspection and leak detection. If the leak detection result is higher than the lamp inspection, that is, the drug is judged as scrap by the leak detection station, then the drug is transported to the scrap channel for leak detection.
