The vacuum pump oil of the freeze dryer requires regular replacement to ensure that the pump vacuum pump remains in working condition. When the freeze dryer is used for a period of time, the vacuum pump oil may be less oily, emulsification and whitening, and the vacuum pump will continue to smoke.
Then, it is time to replace and fill with new vacuum pump oil.
The operation steps for replacing the vacuum pump oil in the freeze dryer are as follows:
1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw of the oil drain hole below the vacuum pump and release the remaining waste oil;
2. After draining the waste oil, screw on the screw of the oil drain hole and tighten it;
3. Unscrew the refueling valve screw above the vacuum pump and refill with new vacuum pump oil;
4. Observe from the liquid display glass on the side, fill the vacuum pump oil to the two-thirds position of the liquid display glass, and then tighten the oil filling valve.
