Pre check the performance of the filling machine, including the main performance parameters such as the opening and closing rate of the capsule body, the difference of the loading capacity, the average value of the loading capacity, the qualified rate of the finished product, the pressure of the vacuum gauge, the vacuum degree, and the noise, and make records.
Formulate maintenance plan. Materials preparation spare parts and materials removal tools, instruments, instruments, measuring instruments, etc. The lubricating oil (grease), cleaning agent and cleaning tools shall be disinfected, and then the replaced parts, maintenance tools, instruments and other articles and materials shall be brought into the equipment to remove the dust and other foreign matters on the equipment and at the site.
The power supply shall be cut off, and the "Do not open" warning device shall be hung. The maintenance personnel must wear clean work clothes when entering the production site, and meet the cleanliness requirements.
Maintenance method: dismantle the capsule pressing claw, capsule clamping mechanism, capsule slideway, capsule orientation seat, capsule pushing claw, swing rod, slide rail, bearing, etc. of the capsule discharging mechanism.
Disassemble the reducer in the powder closing mechanism and the conveyor. Remove the filler rod retainer, metering filler rod and retainer spring. Disassemble the sealing guide of the metering device and the metering template of the powder container. Dismantle the disc cam, sliding frame, support ring and upper and lower bladder plates of the turntable.
The positions of several cams before dismantling should be made. Dismantle the finished product ejection mechanism. Remove the main transmission shaft, measure the mutual position of cams and sprockets on the shaft and the mutual angle between cam contours, and remove them in turn after marking. Remove and mark the cam swing rod, connecting rod and rolling bearing The wear of cam profile can be solved by grinding.
The scratches on the upper and lower bladder plate holes shall be polished. The metering die hole shall be polished and the end face shall be grinded. The bending deformation of the filling rod can be adjusted, and the end face of the punch can be polished. The orientation seat checks the polished surface of each groove of the capsule orientation seat, which can effectively orient the capsule, and can be sprayed or replaced.
