1. Press the green button in the "Power Switch" to turn on the power.

2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and turn it clockwise. At this time, the finishing disk integrated with the "Vibration Support" starts to vibrate. Touch the finishing disk with your hand and adjust it to a certain vibration intensity according to your feeling.

3. Put the powder capsule shell into the "powder capsule shell finishing plate", about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "capsule cap sorting tray", about 300 capsules each time. The finishing tray is made of organic glass plate, and there are many funnel shaped round holes drilled on it. The diameter of the round holes corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number. At this time, the capsule shell of the vibrating worktable moves steadily and slowly forward and backward, thus entering the hole of the worktable one by one.

4. After about 30 seconds, the capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the round hole with the opening facing up. If the individual opening is downward, gently press the capsule cap downward to cover it.

Push the lower part of the tray inward slightly, and the capsule shell containing powder in the tray will fall into the round hole of the adapter plate, and then take out the adapter plate. In the same way, take out the capsule cap with the capsule cap connecting plate.

6. A base area of 500 can be prepared in advance × A 500mm powder square plate with a height of about 10mm on four sides, which is filled with powder. Place the connecting plate of the powder capsule shell flat in the powder square plate. Then cover the randomly prepared plexiglass frame on the connecting plate of the powder loading capsule, put the powder into the frame with a small bucket, scrape with the edge of the frame to fill the powder, and scrape off the excess powder.

7. Use the capsule cap fitting plate (shown at the end of the figure, there are round holes on the fitting plate), and place it on the capsule cap connecting plate, with alignment holes, which is easy to place. Turn over the capsule cap joint plate, make the capsule opening face down, and cover it on the joint plate of the powder loaded capsule shell. There are also alignment holes, which are easy to cover.

8. Put the sheathed capsule plate into the cavity under the "capsule capping forming plate", pull the "pressure bar" down by hand and put it in place. There is no need to worry about excessive force, because there is a positioning mechanism to control the downforce height. Take out the sheathed capsule plate, pour out the capsules, and complete the filling. The next board can be cycled.

Common faults and maintenance of NJP-800A capsule filling machine

1. The vibration is not ideal, so adjust the voltage.

2. The reed screw is loose, tighten the screw.

3. The capsule shell is arranged in the workbench, with the mouth higher or lower. Adjust the height of the dislocation plate and the guide rail.
4. The capsule shell has too many inverted heads (more than 3%), and the vibrator is improperly adjusted. Because the proper voltage is adjusted or the size of the capsule shell is out of specification, the qualified capsule shell is selected.

5. If the capsule shell is stuck on the bedplate and cannot fall, replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the dislocation plate and bedplate hole.

6. The mold cannot be reset in the rail, and the pressure spring at the rear end of the rail is stuck or the capsule variant is stuck. Reinstall the spring or ejector rod, and push the stuck capsule down with the push rod.

7. The guide plate in the mold is worn, which affects the low capsule fitting rate. Replace the mold with a new one or the positioning on both sides is loose, tighten the positioning nails, the capsule is deformed or wet, and replace the capsule shell.
