Common fault 1: unstable supply voltage
It is understood that the normal operating power supply voltage of the vacuum freeze dryer is 215-225 volts. After deviating from the allowable voltage range, the compressor cannot work effectively or even operate at all.

Common fault two: indoor temperature is higher than 30℃
The vacuum freeze-dryer needs to operate in a suitable environment. When the indoor temperature is higher than 30℃, the condenser may fail to condense, resulting in system failure.
The maintenance method at this time is that if the indoor temperature is around 28℃, the user can open the condenser back door or open the door of the room, thus optimizing the ventilation and cooling conditions.
Common fault three: indoor temperature below 0℃
Too high indoor temperature is not acceptable, too low is not appropriate.If the indoor temperature is lower than 9℃, the compressor oil will become thick, easy to affect the normal operation of the compressor.In addition, when the temperature is too low, all the electronic components may be affected and misoperate.
In view of this situation, the maintenance method suggested by the technician is that when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, other heating equipment can be used to raise the ambient temperature, and keep the temperature above 5℃, below 30℃.
Common fault four: excessive dust in freeze-drying machine or environment

Common fault five: the humidity in the environment is too high
