②The drop between the memory baffle and the shattering shield is too large, and the material is too long when falling, and the material rotates in the shattering shield and cannot fall into the packaging bottle in time, resulting in inaccurate counting.
⑶Because the shattering shield of the capsule counting machine is made of plexiglass material, when the material falls freely from the detection channel, it rotates and rubs at high speed in the shield to generate static electricity. Another reason is that some Chinese medicine ingredients are particularly prone to static electricity during the friction process. 3. Material factors:

②Due to the large amount of dust in the materials during the production of tablets and capsules, the accumulation of dust in the detection channel blocks the infrared rays, which makes the counting circuit unable to work normally.
4. Medium factor:
① The influence of environmental factors on counting accuracy mainly comes from the quality of compressed air. Compressed air with a large water content has a greater impact on the sensitivity of the actuator cylinder-once the sensitivity of the cylinder decreases-the accuracy of counting cannot be guaranteed
5. Parameter setting factors of capsule counting machine:
① The size of the silo gate has a great influence on the separation state of the material on the oscillation plate. The gate is too large and the material flows out too fast. If the shading time is set too short, the counter will be unclear and the rejection will affect the counting speed.
④The value of the expected number is set-the expected number is to make the machine continue to count the particles to increase the production capacity after the machine has finished counting the pellets when the bottle is replaced. When the last pill is detected, all the pill will fall into the detection track. The memory file will block them. After the empty bottle reaches the shattering shield, the pre-counted pill will fall into the bottle. in. The separation speed is too fast-the memory baffle will not be able to separate the product between the previous bottle and the next bottle-causing one more or one less particle phenomenon-the separation speed is too slow and affects the production speed
