The machine is designed, manufactured and inspected according to GMP standard. It can automatically complete vacuum suction (or manual feeding), ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, siliconization, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, and automatic discharge. CIP and SIP can also be performed on the device itself.
The inside of the machine is made of 316L stainless steel. The housing is made of high quality 304 stainless steel. Surface polished to Ra<0.4um, other mechanical polishing to Ra<0.6um.
