Introduction
This model is fully enclosed in stainless steel and is suitable for filling and sealing of plastic pipes of various specifications. The maximum speed is 120 pcs/min, the normal production speed is 80-120 pcs/min, frequency conversion speed regulation. Filling accuracy is ±0.5%. The plastic tube is a pinhole type inner hot air seal.

Filling and sealing process:
The tube is sent into the cup holder through the flap. After cleaning and calibration, the tube is injected into the material by a stainless steel reciprocating piston pump. After the plastic tube (aluminum-plastic composite tube) is heated by hot air, clamped, and trimmed, the pipe is automatically discharged.
Tube feeding system: It is a fully automatic tube loading mechanism, and the tube is manually loaded by the whole box. The tube box is equipped with a double door on the front, which is convenient for loading tubes and has a large capacity. Taking 20g tube as an example, it can accommodate more than 1500 pieces; cam drive, the action is smooth and soft, the negative pressure tube is opened on the flip plate to suck the tube firmly to ensure that it falls into the tube cup accurately; the rocker switch can be used to control whether the tube falls when the machine is running.

In order to solve the problem of easy generation of air bubbles and splashes in the tube during filling, the tube is raised during filling, so that the nozzle enters the proper position at the bottom of the tube, and the tube is lowered while filling until the filling is completed, and then the tube stays for a period of time. At the same time, the nozzle is blown and cut to make the nozzle very clean, and finally the tube falls down and enters the next process. The filling head and the nozzle are connected by a quick-change joint, which does not leave any paste and is easy to remove and wash.
