Instructions of Capsule Polishing Machine

1. Connect one of the suction pipes of the special industrial vacuum cleaner under the polishing sealing cylinder; connect another suction pipe of the special industrial vacuum cleaner above the waste remover.
 

2. Turn on the power of the industrial vacuum cleaner and the polishing machine, and adjust the speed of the polishing machine. Use a small amount of capsules with waste shells to test the machine, and adjust the negative pressure air intake of the waste remover, so that it is appropriate to just remove the empty shell fragments. If the negative pressure inlet air is too

large, it is possible to suck out the good capsules, and if it is too small, it will not be able to remove waste. The air volume for waste removal is adjusted on the adjustment plate at the inlet of the industrial vacuum cleaner, and the waste removal situation can be observed from the observation board in front of the waste removal device. The air volume of the suction pipe that absorbs the powder is also adjusted by the adjustment plate of the industrial vacuum cleaner.
 

3. After the above preparations are done, the work can be carried out.
 

4. Clean up the polishing machine and industrial vacuum cleaner in time after the completion of each shift. If necessary, the industrial vacuum cleaner should also be cleaned in the middle of the work.
 

5. Adjustment method:
(1) Adjustment of the speed of the polishing machine: arranged by the electronic governor. For fragile capsules, the rotational speed can be appropriately low, and vice versa. When used for tablet polishing, the rotation speed can be appropriately adjusted.
 

(2) Adjustment of polishing cylinder inclination: the inclination is adjusted by the tail support plate, the larger the inclination is, the better the polishing effect is, and the smaller the inclination is, the higher the production efficiency is.
 

(3) Adjustment of industrial vacuum cleaners: Professional industrial vacuum cleaners have two sets of dust washing pipe devices, each with a suction air volume adjustment plate, and the air volume is adjusted according to the usage.
