The ampoule filling machine is suitable for filling and sealing the ampoule filling liquid in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The piston metering pump is used for quantitative filling, and the filling can be automatically stopped when the bottle is lacking. The gas can use coal gas, liquefied natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas.
1. Before turning on the machine, you must first use the crank handle to turn the machine to see if there is any abnormality in the rotation. After it is confirmed that it is normal, you can drive. But please note: Before starting the machine, you must pull out the shaker handle to make the handle separate from the machine. Ensure safe operation.
2. When adjusting the machine, use proper tools. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools or excessive force to disassemble parts to avoid damage to the machine parts or affect the performance of the machine.
3. When the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, use the shake handle to turn the machine, and check whether the action meets the requirements, before starting the machine.
4. The gas head should always be judged whether it is good or not from the size of the fire head, because the small holes of the gas head are easily blocked by carbon deposits or deformed by the small holes after a certain period of use, which affects the fire power.
5. An exhaust pipe should be installed on the flame head of the potting machine, which can remove heat and a small amount of dust in the gas, while maintaining the indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness, which is good for product quality and staff health.
6. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to get oil stains, liquid chemicals or broken glass on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it must:
⑴During the production process of the machine, remove the liquid medicine or glass fragments in time.
⑵ Clean each part of the machine once before handing over shifts, and refuel each part once.
⑶ It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean in normal use, and can be blown with compressed air.
