Features of Powder Mixer Machine

4. The user needs to formulate relevant operation and maintenance procedures to ensure the long-term stability of the equipment. Maintenance personnel should perform regular or irregular maintenance as required by regulations. And the maintenance personnel should be relatively fixed to achieve the best working state of the combination of man and machine.
5. Refuel the reducer regularly, and the oil level should be at the center of the oil mark.
6. The first time the lubricating oil should be replaced after the reducer is carried for 150 hours for the first time. Residual dirty oil should be removed when replacing. Replace every 6 months thereafter.
7. The bearing is filled with grease and checked and replenished every 6 months.
8. Regularly check and adjust the tightness of the chain and V-belt; and apply mechanical oil to the chain.
