Due to the increase in the market demand for automatic packaging machinery and equipment, the industry's technological upgrading has been stimulated to a large extent. The new packaging machine with intelligent and automatic functions will gradually replace the traditional and become the mainstream in the future.
This is an effective way for packaging machinery enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and it is also the ultimate goal of their technological reform. Automatic packaging machinery and equipment need to be rotated in the process of work.
At present, the common rotation methods of automatic packaging machinery and equipment are divided into three types, namely, rack and pinion drive, screw drive and fluid drive. We will introduce this in detail below. Three transmission rotation modes.
1. Rack and pinion drive
Converting rotary motion into linear motion, however, such a mechanism can be driven in reverse, that is, the rack makes linear motion to drive the gear to rotate, which is suitable for large-distance transmission. Transmission, rack and pinion mechanism requires an additional locking device, because the rack and pinion mechanism of automatic packaging machinery cannot be self-locking.
2. Screw drive
The rotary motion can also be converted into a reciprocating linear motion. The speed of the linear motion is determined by the lead of the screw and the rotational speed of the screw. It is suitable for precise transmission, such as the movement of the machine tool table. The ordinary screw cannot be driven in the reverse direction. The ball screw can be reverse driven.
3. Fluid transmission
It is a kind of transmission that uses fluid as working fluid. The transmission of energy by the static pressure of the liquid is called hydraulic transmission. It relies on the hydrodynamic action between the impeller of the automatic packaging machinery and the liquid to transmit energy as a hydraulic transmission.
The use of gas to transfer energy is called pneumatic transmission.
