1. There can be no gap between the scraper and the rubber roller of the double-sided labeling machine in the entire length. If the gap is too large and there is too much glue on the target board, it will cause glue rejection. If the gap is too small and the contact between the target plate and the rubber roller is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there will be no glue on the half of the target plate.
After a large number of experiments, it is proved that the gap between the target plate and the rubber roller is maintained at a distance between 0.1mm and 0.2mm.
The gap can be made larger or smaller by adjusting the bearing seat on the lower part of the rubber roller. If necessary, adjust the bearing on the upper part of the rubber roller.

2. Increase the viscosity of the double-sided labeling machine label, and try to make the label stick as firmly as possible. To achieve this effect, it must be considered to improve the surface quality of the hose to be attached. The question is how to avoid or reduce the occurrence of such problems; control the labeling pressure of the label during the labeling process of the double-sided labeling machine; control the temperature during the labeling process.
Increasing the labeling temperature will not only improve the labeling effect of the double-sided labeling machine, but also as the temperature increases, the activity of the material inside the object will increase accordingly, and the label will be easier to integrate with the tube body.
3. Try to avoid or eliminate the influence of double-sided labeling machine on labeling static electricity. It is easy to generate static electricity during the labeling process, which will have a more or less impact on the labeling effect. When the humidity of the labeling site is increased at an appropriate time, it will be improved to a certain extent.
The use of an ion fan is also an effective solution. There is automatic humidity control inside the labeling machine, and the cleanliness of the inside of the equipment can be independently controlled to keep the labeling away from dust and improve the labeling quality of the product.
