1. Preparation before mold equipment: the rotary tablet press is removing the hopper and feeder. Open the right door and roll the handwheel to clean the working surface of the rotary table, the mold hole and the mold of the required equipment. Rotate the pressure to adjust the wheel to * reduce the pressure. Remove the kick down load and unload rails.
2. Medium mold equipment: rotate the middle mold fastening screw on the rotary table about 1 mm from the outer circumference of the rotary table. Be careful not to touch the powder nozzle and other parts. Do not touch the screw head when installing the middle mold. should. Medium equipment is tight and should be placed stably. Drive the rod into the upper punch and enter quietly. After the middle mold enters the mold hole, the plane is not higher than the rotary table plane, and then tighten the screws.

The equipment of the upper punch of the rotary tablet press: first take off the tongue, then pierce the upper punch into the hole, rotate the punch with the thumb and index finger, check the elasticity of the head, and make the middle die slide up and down. It is qualified if there is no jamming. Then roll the handwheel to the perforated neck to contact the parallel guide rail. The upper punch is fully loaded and the tongue is installed.
4. Equipment under the punch of rotary tablet press: install the equipment under the loading and unloading guide rail according to the upward punching method.
