The capsule filling machine model is a kind of equipment that can fill powder, granules or small pieces into hollow capsules. The model and structure of capsule filling machine is composed of empty capsule blanking device, capsule distribution device, powder blanking device, metering disk mechanism, capsule filling and sealing mechanism, main transmission mechanism in the box, electrical control system, etc.
1. Capsule feeding device: It is composed of hopper and conveying pipeline. It is mainly used to store empty capsules and make the empty capsules enter the capsule sub master device vertically one by one.
2. Capsule dispensing device: empty capsules will enter the selector fork of the dispensing device. When the selector fork moves downward once, six capsules will be delivered with the rubber cap on top. At the same time, the vacuum separation system routes the capsules into the module and separates the body cap.
3. Powder blanking device: It is composed of powder hopper, powder hopper screw, blanking conveying pipe, etc. It mainly controls the stored powder into the metering plate under the action of screw and mixing.
4. Measuring disk mechanism: the size of the measuring disk matched according to the size and volume of the capsule. The powder is filled and compacted into a grain five times in the intermittently rotating metering disk, and pushed into the capsule of the lower module.
5. Capsule filling and sealing mechanism: when the lower capsule body of the grain capsule is pushed in, the rubber caps of the upper and lower modules and the lower capsule body are pushed upward to make them buckle.
6. Main transmission mechanism in the box: the power required for the execution of the work is achieved through the motor, box type Ferguson intermittent slewing mechanism, gear pair, reducer, cam pair and chain transmission mechanism in the box. At the same time, the variable frequency motor achieves the function of variable frequency speed regulation.
7. Electrical control system: the model of capsule filling machine is controlled by PLC system to display the process elements of capsule filling.
