First, a group of filling rods should be adjusted to protrude 1 mm from the lower plane of the metering disk through eye observation, and then the nuts should be fixed. The sixth group is adjusted to 1mm lower than the upper plane of the measuring disk, and the fourth group is 1-2 mm lower than the fifth group of filling rods, and so on.

If the weight is light (the first group and the sixth group are not adjusted), the other four groups can be fine adjusted.

(2) Enter the manual page, and add the capsule and powder into the capsule bucket and powder bucket respectively.

(3) Click the capsule switch, vacuum pump, click the inching button of the electrical box to make the capsule run in three positions separately, and then click the feeding switch in the touch screen to add powder until the inductor turns red.

(4) Enter the automatic page, adjust the frequency to 40 Hz - 50 Hz, and click the Run button. Every time the machine runs for 10-15 minutes or so, take the weight and check whether the weight is stable.

(5) Do not use a brush to clean the dust around the rotary table when the machine is running. Do not touch the rotating part of the machine with your hands, and pay attention to personal safety to prevent injury!
