1. Adjustment of label box:
Adjustment of the position of the mark grabbing hooks of the mark box: if the upper, lower, left and right mark grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and evenly work on the mark paper, the mark can be grasped smoothly. The gap between the label paper in the label box and the strips on both sides should be 0.8mm~1mm.
Too large a gap will cause the label paper to shift in the label box, and oblique marks will occur. Too small a gap will cause the label to not be pushed smoothly. The center line of the standard box, the center axis of the standard station is tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the standard plate forms a line at three points.
Adjust the tangent (0 distance) between the standard plate and the label paper, and then move the standard box closer to 1mm~2mm. Adjustment of the label supply roller: when there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front of the label box, and when there is a label, the label near the label hook finger cannot be damaged.
2. Adjustment of standard station:
Adjustment of top roller and standard plate: the standard plate and top roller only contact each other without any pressure. The clearance is too large, and there is too much glue on the target plate, resulting in glue throwing. If the clearance is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there is no glue on the half of the target plate.
Adjustment of rubber scraper and rubber roller: there shall be no gap between the rubber scraper and rubber roller in the whole length. If there is a gap, the eccentric bolt can be adjusted to adjust the rubber scraper. Practice has proved that the best clearance between the standard plate and the rubber roller is 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm.
It can be realized by adjusting the bearing pedestal at the lower part of the rubber roll. If necessary, adjust the bearing at the upper part of the rubber roll.
3. Adjustment of brush pressing device:
Adjustment of bottle pressing head; The bottle pressing head shall be 20mm lower when there is no bottle than when there is a bottle. The overlapping clearance of the pressure brush across the container is: 10mm~15mm for a single pressure brush and 5mm~10mm for a combined pressure brush. The cleaning brush shall be 1mm~2mm away from the sponge. The center of the marking brush is aligned with the label and both sides are symmetrical. The marking brush is perpendicular to the container surface.
4. Adjustment of bottle inlet star wheel, bottle outlet star wheel and bottle inlet screw rod:
Adjustment of bottle outlet star wheel: when the bottle pressing head has just been lifted, adjust the star wheel to make the bottle be located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.
Adjustment of bottle feeding screw rod: the bottle feeding star wheel shall prevail. When the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle feeding side of the screw rod is close to the bottle without displacement.
When adjusting the bottle inlet/outlet star wheel and bottle inlet screw rod, the bottle head of the standard machine shall prevail. First, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel. When the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
