1. Whether there is air leakage in the freeze-drying chamber door of the freeze-drying machine;
Solution: Check the warehouse door to see if there is ice slag causing air leakage, and eliminate the bad sealing.
2. The vacuum pump itself leaks: the sealing ring and the gas ballast valve gasket are damaged or not pressed tightly, and the exhaust valve sheet is damaged, resulting in poor sealing.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring or valve plate according to the specific situation.
3. Is the oil level of the vacuum pump normal?
Solution: Pay attention to the maintenance of the vacuum oil pump. Generally, the oil level should be two-thirds of the sight glass, but not less than two-fifths.
