1. Prepare the label as described in C-1.
2. After confirming the power supply, plug in the power cord.
3. After adjusting the guardrail, place the labelled product in the center of the conveyor belt for smooth conveyance.
4. Adjust the head up and down to the plane of the object to be processed by about 1-3mm. If a laminating sponge wheel is installed, it should be adjusted to the plane of the object to be processed, and it should not be too tight.
5. Press "Operation Screen" on the touch screen.
6. Press back to the "Operation Screen" and select "Bid Out Test" to check whether the label is conveyed normally.
7. For the length of labeling, when adjusting the label sensor left and right, touch the sensor by hand. After the labeling is completed, the next label must be exposed to a length of 2-5mm from the peeling plate, and Z is appropriate.
8. Place the product on the conveyor belt to label.
9. Adjust the front and rear adjustment wheels of the head to the required front and rear labeling positions, and then press back to the "operation screen" to adjust to the required left and right labeling positions to make the labeling quality perfect.
10. When conveying labelled products, there must be an interval, so that the electric eye of the measuring object can be irradiated to start the bid.
