Automatic high-speed tablet press is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, metallurgy, daily necessities and other industries. This machine can press various granular raw materials into round pieces, special-shaped pieces, cartoon pieces, double-sided positioning lettering pieces, two-color pieces, etc.


Maintenance:
1. Turbine case transmission system
Daily check whether there is oil leakage, oil leakage and abnormal noise at the bottom of the turbine box, the worm end cover and the oil level observation window. Theoretically, replace the lubricating oil of the turbine box every 2000 hours or one year when the automatic high-speed tablet press runs.


2. Lubrication system
Daily check whether the bottom of thin oil pump and dry oil pump has oil leakage; Manual lubrication: check whether the lubricating pump acts and whether there is lubricating oil at the corresponding lubricating place to prevent the lubricating oil pipe from being blocked; Check the oil level of the lubricating pump regularly. If it is lower than the low mark, add lubricating oil manually.


3. Pressing wheel and metering and regulating system


Pressure roller regulating system: daily check whether there is scratch on the surface of the pressure roller, whether there is abnormal noise during operation, and regularly check whether the pressure roller runout is too large, and the standard runout is ≤ 0.01mm; If the position of the pressing wheel is not correct, it is necessary to calibrate the zero again by using a 9mm zero adjustment cushion block.


Metering and regulating system: daily check the surface of metering guide rail and metering protection guide rail for scratches and abnormal noises during operation. Use a feeler gauge to measure the clearance of the protective guide rail. The clearance between the metering protection guide rail and the down stroke is 0.10-0.15mm. If the filling position is not correct, a 9mm zero adjustment cushion block shall be used at the metering point for re zeroing.


4. Lower guide rail system of full-automatic high-speed tablet press


Daily check whether the working surface of the chip out guide rail and the chip out protection guide rail is worn and whether there is abnormal noise during operation; Regularly check that the clearance between the sheet out protection guide rail and the die is (0.10-0.15) mm. The sheet out guide rail is required to make the upper die (0.2~0.3) mm higher than the punch plate.
Check whether the filling guide rail is worn and confirm that it is installed in place.
