Operating Steps:
1. Press the green button in the "Power Switch" to turn on the power.

2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this time, the sorting tray integrated with the "Vibration Bracket" starts to vibrate. Touch the sorting tray with your hand and adjust it to a certain vibration intensity based on your feeling.

3. Put the powder capsule shell into the "powder capsule shell sorting tray", placing about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "capsule cap sorting tray", about 300 capsules each time. The sorting tray is made of plexiglass plate, with many large and small funnel shaped circular holes drilled on it. The diameter of the circular hole corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number. At this time, the capsule shell of the vibration worktable moves steadily back and forth, thereby entering the hole of the worktable one by one.

4. After about 30 seconds, the powder filling capsule shell and capsule cap fall into the circular hole with the opening facing upward. In case of individual openings facing downward, the capsule cap can be gently pressed downward to cover and then pulled out.

5. Hold the powder filling capsule shell connecting plate horizontally (not shown in the figure, it has been randomly prepared, and there are circular holes in the connecting plate). Gently push the lower part of the sorting tray inward, and the powder filling capsule shell in the sorting tray will fall down into the circular holes in the connecting plate, and then take out the connecting plate. Using the same method, remove the capsule cap using the capsule cap connector.

6. A bottom area of 500 can be prepared in advance × A 500mm square plate of medicinal powder with a height of about 10mm on its four sides, which is filled with medicinal powder. Place the connecting plate of the powder capsule shell flat in the square plate of medicinal powder. Then cover the randomly prepared plexiglass frame on the connecting plate of the powder filling capsule, use a small bucket to shovel the powder into the frame, and use the edge of the frame to scrape it to fill it with powder, and then scrape off the excess powder.

7. Use the randomly equipped capsule cap set plate (shown at the end of the figure, with circular holes on the set plate) and place it on the capsule cap connection plate, with alignment holes, making it easy to place. Turn over the capsule cap connecting plate so that the opening of the capsule faces downward, and cover it on the powder filled capsule shell connecting plate. There are also alignment holes, making it easy to cover.

8. Place the assembled capsule plate into the cavity under the "capsule cap molding plate", and pull the "pressure rod" downward with your hand to place it in place. Do not be careful to use excessive force, as there is a positioning mechanism to control the pressing height. Take out the sleeve capsule plate, pour out the capsule, and fill it.
