1. Turbine box transmission system
Daily check the bottom of the turbine box, the end cover of the worm, and the oil level observation window for oil leakage, oil leakage, and abnormal noise. Theoretically, every 2000 hours or one year of operation of the fully automatic high-speed tablet press, the turbine box lubricating oil should be replaced.
2. Lubrication system
Daily check whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage at the bottom of the thin oil pump and dry oil pump; manually lubricate, check whether the lubricating pump is moving, and whether there is lubricating oil at the corresponding lubricating place to prevent the lubricating oil pipe from being blocked; regularly check the oil level of the lubricating pump, if it is lower than Low scale line, need to add lubricating oil manually.
3. Pressure roller and metering adjustment system
Pressure roller adjustment system: daily check whether the surface of the pressure roller is scratched and whether there is any abnormal noise during operation, and regularly check whether the beating of the pressure roller is too large, the standard beating is ≤ 0.01mm; Use a 9mm zero-adjustment pad for zero calibration.
Metering adjustment system: daily check the surface of the metering guide rail, whether the metering protection guide rail is scratched, and there is abnormal noise in operation. Use a feeler gauge to measure the protective rail clearance. The gap between the metering protection guide rail and the lower punch is 0.10-0.15mm. If the filling position is inaccurate, it is necessary to use a 9mm zero-adjusting pad at the measuring place to re-zero.
4. Lower rail system of automatic high-speed tablet press
Daily check whether the working surface of the ejection guide rail and the ejection protection rail is worn, and whether there is any abnormal noise during operation; regularly check that the gap between the ejection protection guide and the die is (0.10-0.15) mm, and the ejection guide rail is required to make the upper die higher than the punching plate. (0.2~0.3) mm.
Fill the guide rail to check whether the curve is worn or not, and confirm that the installation is in place.
