One: structural characteristics

The three-dimensional mixer is composed of a base, a drive and chain drive system, a three-dimensional motion mechanism, a mixing drum and an electrical control system. The mixing drum whose inner wall in contact with the material is precisely polished is made of high-quality stainless steel.

1. Base:

The base is made of channel steel coated with stainless steel. The base structure is reasonable, which can effectively stabilize the entire machine body, and fully meets the GMP requirements of pharmaceuticals.

2. Drive system:

The driving system of the mixer is composed of a motor, a transmission chain, a deceleration system, a frequency converter control system, etc. The transmission is stable and reliable, and the design is simple. The frequency converter can effectively buffer the inertia of heavy load starting, and can accurately select the barrel when stopping. Appropriate position to facilitate feeding or discharging.

3. Three-dimensional motion mechanism:

In order to enable the mixing barrel to perform complex rotation, translation, and rocking motions in three-dimensional space, the machine is designed with a unique active and driven two-axis and two-axis end three-dimensional motion rocker structure, and the driven shaft is designed to be flexible. The movement of the machine is more portable and flexible, and the debugging or maintenance is more convenient. 4. Mixing barrel:

The mixing barrel is placed between two spaces that cross and are perpendicular to each other, and are respectively connected by the Y type three maintenance movement rocker arm between the main and slave shafts. The mixing barrel is discharged from the barrel, the feed end of the positive frustum, and the eccentric frustum. It is composed of end, feed port and discharge device.

The mixing cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel, and its inner and outer walls are polished. The cylinder has good airtightness, smooth and clean surface, no burrs, no dead ends, no residue, and easy to clean.

The feed inlet is sealed with a clamp flange, which is easy to operate and has good air tightness.

The discharge adopts a uniquely designed eccentric cone, and the asymmetric design is more conducive to the uniform mixing of the materials. When discharging, the discharge port is at the low position of the mixing cylinder, which can discharge the materials.

The discharge valve adopts a uniquely designed butterfly valve, which has good sealing performance, convenient discharge and no residue.

2. Working principle:

The working principle of the three-dimensional mixer is different from that of the traditional rotary mixer. It makes unique rotation, translation and rocking motions in the three-dimensional cubic space, so that the material is in the complex of "rotating flow-translation-upside down falling" in the mixing cylinder. The state of motion produces an alternating pulse, which continuously pushes the material. The turbulence generated by the motion makes each particle in the mixed material have a different state of motion. Each particle constantly changes its position in the frequent movement and diffusion. The location produced a satisfactory blending effect.

There are two things to avoid in the mixing of materials: one is the existence of centrifugal force in the mixing movement, which can cause the non-density of the mixed material to segregate; the second is the mixed material into agglomerates and accumulate movement, so that the material cannot be effectively diffused and mixed. And, the motion state of the three-dimensional oscillating mixer overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
