In packaging production, due to the error between the positioning color marks printed on the packaging material, the stretching of the packaging material and the influence of mechanical transmission and other factors, the predetermined sealing and cutting position on the packaging material may deviate from the correct position, resulting in errors. In order to eliminate errors and achieve the purpose of correct sealing and cutting, the packaging design of the pillow packaging machine must consider the problem of automatic positioning.

Operating procedures of pillow packaging machine:

1. Matters needing attention before starting the pillow packaging machine

1. Before starting the pillow packaging machine, please take away the sundries (such as tools, etc.) on the machine (including the packaging feeding device and the output device) and turn the machine 2-3 revolutions with the tray hand wheel to ensure that the pillow packaging machine can Free rotation.

2. Before starting the equipment, please close or fix all protective covers.

3. Please check the effectiveness of the stop button or safety switch every time before starting the machine.

4. When the pillow packaging machine is running, the temperature at the vertical and horizontal sealers can reach 200-300 degrees, or even higher. It is not allowed to touch the sealer to avoid burns or cuts.

5. If there is an abnormal situation, please stop it immediately, and the pillow packaging machine can start production after troubleshooting.

二. The operation process of the pillow packaging machine:

1. Turn on the power switch in the electric control box, turn on the main power air switch, and the power indicator light is on.

2. Turn on the heater switches of the pillow packaging machine, the heating indicator light is on, and it usually takes 20 minutes to reach the set temperature.

3. According to the installation of the packaging film, jog the packaging film through the two rollers, then open the rubber pressure roller control handle, pull through the bag maker to the lower conveyor belt, and close the handle.

4. Press the start button to start the equipment, cut 4-5 bags, observe the packaging film forming condition, measure the bag length condition, and observe the automatic tracking condition. The cut length of the one-way tracking device can only be shorter than the printed length of a packaging bag, not long. Otherwise, automatic tracking will not work.

5. Adjust the tracking position of the cutter:

A. Jog to the position where the cutter is about to close, and dial the tracking switch to make the color mark at the cutter.

B. Jog to align the color code with the beam position of the color code photoelectric switch.

C. Rotate the tracking point handle counterclockwise to make the tracking detection light on, and turn the handle clockwise until it just goes out.

6. ​​Supply packaged goods to the feeding conveyor, close the clutch, pull the conveyor to a suitable position by hand, close the clutch.

7. If the package is ahead or lagging behind, open the clutch, pull the conveyor to a suitable position by hand, and close the clutch.

8. When the pillow packaging machine is in automatic operation, pressing the safety switch and emergency switch can make the pillow packaging machine stop.
