To optimize maintenance procedures, the machine includes a fault display system that supports quick and trouble-free problem-solving. For material filling, the equipment uses the newest screw head design—a technical upgrade that makes it particularly suitable for powders with low flowability. This design guarantees high metering accuracy while maintaining fast processing speeds.
The machine features replaceable screw parts for simple adjustments to packaging specifications, minimizing downtime. The film pulling and traction system is controlled by a servo motor, ensuring smoother traction movements and precise regulation of bag length.
The transverse sealing function is driven by a servo motor, which eliminates operational shocks, lowers noise levels, and allows flexible adjustment of the opening stroke.
