Product Description of Powder Mixer Machine
The machine is widely used in the mixing of dry powder in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It can also mix several materials which are with different specific gravity and different particle sizes quickly and evenly.
The machine uses the unique triangular swing and translational rotation principle to produce a strong alternating pulse motion, which continuously pushes the mixture material. The vortex generated by it has a varying energy
gradient, which can produce an excellent mixing effect. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, high loading coefficient, short mixing time, etc.
The machine is composed of a base, a frequency conversion brake motor main shaft, a rotary connecting rod and a cylinder. The loaded cylinder is driven by the driving shaft to move, which promotes the three-way compound
movement of the material along the cylinder in the circumferential, radial and axial directions, so as to realize the mutual flow and diffusion of multiple materials, to achieve the purpose of high uniform mixing.
Working Principle of Powder Mixer Machine
With the driving of main shaft, the loading body will parallel move, rotate and roll again and again to make the materials to do the three-direction combined motion (circle, radial and axial direction) along the wall.
So that to realize the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and adulteration of many kinds of materials. Finally achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
Usage and Feature:
- It is used for the high uniformity mixing of powder, granular materials in the industries such as pharmacy, chemical, food, light industry, electron, machine, mining and metallurgy, national defense and research units.
- The mixing tube is moved with multi-direction. Materials are out of centrifugal force and no gravity segregation and accumulation. Each component can be of intervallic weight ratio and the mixing ratio could be above 99.9%. So it will be the more ideal mixer.
- The loading capacity of tube is large which could be largest 80% (ordinary mixer only be 40%). It features high efficiency, short mixing time.
- All parts in the tube is circular arc with precision polishing.
