Product Description of Tablet Compression Machine
Fully automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry tablet production. The working mode is to press various granular raw materials into tablets twice through a pair of pre-pressing wheels and a pair of main pressing wheels.
The equipment adopts fully enclosed pressing chamber, which can complete five pressing processes: filling, metering, pre-pressing, main pressing and discharging. The operation of the tablet press is completely controlled by the touch screen on the electronic control cabinet.

The materials contacted with powder in tablet chamber are stainless steel with acid and alkali resistance, and non-metallic materials are non-toxic materials.
Four transparent windows can be fully opened, so that the machine is clean without hindrance and the replacement of punches is convenient.
Four stainless steel doors with porous materials are sealed and various driving devices are installed, which not only ensures safety, but also reduces noise.
