This machine completes blister forming, material filling, heat sealing, batch number embossing, die cutting and finished product output in an automatic process. It is widely used in industries of food, pharmaceutical, medical instruments, hardware, electronics, etc. for automatic packaging.

Features

It adopts the newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission mechanism can be avoided.
The electrical appliances of this machine adopts imported control system. As per customer’s requirements, it can be optionally equipped with feeding device for missed material, and detection & rejection device for product which is lack of material (Omron sensor).
It adopts photoelectric control system and PVC, PTP and hard aluminum material automatic feeding and waste material auto-cutting device to ensure the stability of multi-stations at overlong distance.
It can be optionally equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image-character register to optimize packing grade.
