Labeling machine maintenance tips:
1. Adjustment of pressure brush device
The center of the marker is aligned with the label, and both sides are symmetrical. The marking brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping clearance of the pressure brush across the vessel is 10mm-15mm for a single pressure brush and 5mm-10mm for a combined pressure brush. The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge is 1mm? 2mm。 Adjust the head of the pressure bottle. In case of no bottle, the pressure head shall be 20mm lower than that in case of bottle.
2. Adjust the label box
The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station is tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the label plate forms a line at three points. Adjust the tangent line (0 distance) between the label board and the label paper, and then move the label box closer to 1mm? 2mm.
The gap between the label paper in the label box and the strips on both sides should be between 0.8mm and 1mm. If the gap is too large, the label paper will move in the label box and a slash mark will appear.
If the clearance is too small, the label will not be pushed well. Adjust the position of the label grabbing hooks of the label box: up and down, left and right label grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane, and work hard on the label paper evenly, so you can grasp the label stably. Adjust the label supply roller: when there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box, and the label near the label hook finger will not be crushed.
3. Adjust the bottle inlet starwheel, bottle outlet starwheel and bottle inlet screw
When adjusting the inlet and outlet star wheels and bottle inlet screw, the pressure head of the standard machine shall prevail.
First, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel. When the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, please adjust the star wheel at the bottle inlet so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
Adjustment of bottle feeding screw: take bottle feeding star wheel as the standard. When the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding starwheel, adjust the screw so that the bottle inlet side of the screw is close to the bottle without displacement. Adjust the bottle outlet star wheel: when the bottle pressing head is just lifted, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
4. Adjust the standard station
Adjustment of scraper and rubber roller: there should be no gap between scraper and rubber roller in the whole length. If there is a gap, the suction strainer can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt.
Adjustment of rubber roller and standard plate: the standard plate and rubber roller only contact each other without any pressure. The clearance is too large, and there is too much glue on the target board, causing the glue to fall off.
If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be extruded and there will be no glue on half of the target board. Practice has proved that the clearance between the standard plate and the rubber roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. This can be achieved by adjusting the bearing pedestal at the lower part of the rubber roll. If necessary, adjust the bearing at the upper part of the rubber roll.
