Common fault 1: unstable supply voltage
It is understood that the normal operating power supply voltage of the vacuum freeze dryer is 215-225 volts. After deviating from the allowable voltage range, the compressor cannot work effectively or even operate at all.
In the case of unstable power supply voltage, the solution is to replace the qualified power supply when the supply voltage is unqualified;When the supply voltage is not stable, the AVR(220V) can be used or the original operating power on the voltage regulator.
Common fault two: indoor temperature is higher than 30℃
The vacuum freeze-dryer needs to operate in a suitable environment. When the indoor temperature is higher than 30℃, the condenser may fail to condense, resulting in system failure.
The maintenance method at this time is that if the indoor temperature is around 28℃, the user can open the condenser back door or open the door of the room, thus optimizing the ventilation and cooling conditions.
Common fault three: indoor temperature below 0℃
Too high indoor temperature is not acceptable, too low is not appropriate.If the indoor temperature is lower than 9℃, the compressor oil will become thick, easy to affect the normal operation of the compressor.In addition, when the temperature is too low, all the electronic components may be affected and misoperate.
In view of this situation, the maintenance method suggested by the technician is that when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, other heating equipment can be used to raise the ambient temperature, and keep the temperature above 5℃, below 30℃.
Common fault four: excessive dust in freeze-drying machine or environment
It is understood that if there is too much dust on the condenser and compressor, it is easy to make the condenser can not achieve the condensation effect, directly affect the use of the compressor.
Accordingly, the job that removes dust regularly is indispensable.If there is too much dust in the environment, it is recommended that users remove the dust that covers the compressor and condenser on a monthly basis.To protect the equipment from damage, dust on the compressor, condenser, and pipe can be removed with a soft brush.
Common fault five: the humidity in the environment is too high
